Tvachistha – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tvachistha. We take great care to ensure that every skincare product is delivered fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.
Because our products are personal-use skincare items, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality protection:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once delivered.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or skin reaction (as every skin type is different).


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We will ONLY offer a replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged, leaking, defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damage.

  • If possible, share an unboxing video for faster approval.

Once verified, we will send a new replacement product at no extra cost.


3. Refunds

As we do not accept returns:

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock or we are unable to replace a damaged/incorrect item.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.


4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
